Fill in all sections of the Client Intake Form and return it to [email protected] along with your logo and any images or documents you want included.
Initial Website Build
Based on your completed intake form, an initial version of your website is built — including your homepage, patient portal, admin panel, screening questionnaire, and all requested features.
Review Together
The initial website is presented to you for review. We go through it together to identify any further functions, design changes, or modifications you would like made.
Revisions & Testing
All agreed changes are implemented and the website is fully tested — including all patient journeys, admin functions, payment processing, and GDPR compliance.
Handover
Once you are satisfied with the website, ownership is handed over to you. You manage your own Manus hosting account going forward. No ongoing subscription fees are payable to LSJ Web & Design Labs — future development work is available on a case-by-case consultancy basis.
